Yoga is a journey leading you deep into your truth, your beliefs, and your thoughts.  Yoga is a journey of love with the final destination of making you the very best authentic version of yourself.  

Kundalini Yoga is total fitness for body, mind and spirit. Using breath, movement, meditation, hand positions, relaxation and sound, in very specific sequences Kundalini Yoga systematically raises and strengthens your vital energy.  Kundalini Yoga works quickly to balance and repair Glandular, strengthen Central Nervous System & Immune Systems.

The Teacher leads you through a Kriya (a set of exercises) designed to specifically work on the flow of internal energy, removing emotional blocks, or focusing on a specific area of the body and elevating your spirit.  At the end of the Kriya, there is a relaxation and rejuvenation period designed to incorporate the effects felt from the Kriya. The gong is played during this time to further enhance vibrational healing and promote peacefulness.Kundalini Yoga, one can unite their consciousness with universal consciousness.
